_{Happy celebration day to my goddess of winter, Aquielle! She is celebrated each year on the Winter Solstice. Happy Winter Solstice!
She is the elemental water goddess of my story's world, but I think she's often interpreted as only liquid water. She is also goddess of ice and snow, and reigns over the season of winter. I've painted some of her hair and skin to look like ice; sometime in the future, I'd like to do a piece where she is completely made of ice.
For those wondering, this means she is, of course, immune to cold. In fact, she finds it very comfortable. I think this is the first time I've formally drawn her with legs, instead of a mermaid tail. She actually takes this human-like form quite often, so I should have more drawings of her like this. Also, some of you may notice her usual seafoam colored eyes are instead icy blue here; her colors change depending on the environment. It's also my first time drawing a snowy landscape. I had to draw very quickly, so please forgive any mistakes :>
